Marco Ciani Consulting’s story
Marco Ciani borns in Imola (Italy) in 1971.
From 1995 to 2003 he works in production planning area, inbound logistic and customer service in medium and large manufacturing companies (local and multinational) covering managerial roles since 1997.
In 2000 he starts working as a team member on Lean Manufacturing and Heijunka Projects, focusing on Planning and Load Balancing on Lean Production Cells.
He manages Planning Departments of medium and big companies, leading teams with until 25 members and plants of 400 direct workers.
In 2004 he moves his first step in the actual role as Organization and Project Manager in ERP implementations and Supply Chain process engineering. Until 2007 he plays the role as internal member of a big multinational company in the furniture market named Haworth Inc., and after that as ERP Project manager with one of the best companies implementing Microsoft Dynaimcs AX.
Starting from 2010 he starts working as a Freelance Consultant covering roles as Temporary Manager, Organizational Consulting on all Supply Chain processes , Workflow Automation, Business intelligence and ERP Project Manager (mainly Microsoft Dynamics AX). Along that way Marco Ciani starts growing his range of action and competences that today allows him to propose to his customers a wide coverage of Consulting Services, starting from Production, Planning, Logistic, Purchasing and Sales Backoffice Processes to all Business Support Services like Sales, Operative Marketing, Industrial Costing, Engineering, E-Commerce, WEB Marketing.
